OUR RATES: Plan A: $150/month for 85/15 then 95/5 at $50,000
Plan B: $300/month for 90/10 then 95/5 at $50,000
Plan C: $450/month for 95/5 from first $ earned
EARN UP TO 100% COMMISSION
by referring other Realtors and sharing in their success. For every
agent you refer you will receive a 2.5% commission on every deal they
bring in, up to their first $50,000 in gross commissions. Under this system, you can have an unlimited number of Realtors
adding to your income base. You can earn $1,250 per year for each agent on the 85/15 split.
The starting MINIMUM COMMISSION
SPLIT is 85% to agent, 15% to brokerage for the first $50,000 of commissions, for a desk fee of just $150 per month.
At $50,001 the commission split
increases to 95% to agent and 5% to the brokerage.
There is a very low $ 150 monthly

serve their clients and we will work to assist you whenever possible.
EDUCATION
ALLOWANCE: We assist financially through an education
reimbursement for newly licensed staff for
phase 1, 2 and 3 up to $1,500.
WEB
PAGES: We also provide you with a FREE WEBPAGE that includes your profile, and contact information. There are no monthly
or setup fees for your HomeLife Results agent's webpage. For an example
of our free webpages, see the "Our
Realtors" section. We also offer custom websites, with
unique domain names at very reasonable prices. We pay outside services
to ensure that our website is prominent in many search engines. For
example, type Ancaster homes into your favourite browser search engine
and you will see that we are usually in the top 1 - 25 sites. This ongoing
support is critical to driving viewers to our website.
ADVERTISING
PLAN: In order
to support our Realtors, HomeLife Results Realty will subsidize
your print ads. Advertising is very expensive so we help by subscribing to many publications on a regular basis. We then allow our staff to pay for their ads at a reduced rate that is lower than the casual insertion rate. This is an completely optional marketing plan designed to assist our staff in promoting themselves, our listings and
HomeLife Results Realty Inc. This program allows you to show your clients
that you will advertise their homes, without it costing you a fortune.
CONTINUING
EDUCATION: When
choosing a brokerage firm, it is important that you see the support
that their National office offers. HomeLife Realty Services offers free
educational courses to assist both the new agent and the
seasoned veteran a chance to polish their skills. Our office has many
of the current marketing and training videos and listing tools designed
to assist you when you are working with the prospective clients.
ARE
YOU A COMPUTER NOVICE? We have a nine CD training program that goes over the basics. The CD's
cover Word, Excell, Access, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Power point,
Windows Me, Windows 2000. Windows XP and Windows 98. The series is an
audio visual presentation by "Professor" and is very simple
to use, yet quite informative.
TRAINING
COURSES and EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL One
of the most important reasons to join HomeLife Results Realty Inc. is
the extensive liabrary of eductional materials. We have material from
all of the major real estate trainers in our office that you can use.
Choose from the following trainers:
DAVID KNOX, ROGER BUTCHER, MIKE FERRY, CRAIG PROCTOR, FLOYD WICKMAN
You can
also borrow training videos and audio tapes such as David Knox's "Selling by Owner",
"20 Techniques for converting Buyers to Sales", "The
Right Questions", "Negotiate in Tough Situations", "How
to Select a Real Estate Agent", "8 steps to Buying a Home",
"Expired Listings", "Pricing your Home to Sell"
and "Preparing Your Home to Sell" from
our library.
We also offer training videos from the Certified New Home Professional
program prepared by the National Association of Home Builders. They
cover "communication techniques", "greeting
and qualifying", "presenting & demonstrating a new home",
"handling objectives", and "closing techniques." This is an excellent program that while geared
to new homes, has many practical techniques that can be applied to selling
all types of real estate.
Finally, we
have access to The Mentor Series II, which is a four - five day training
program featuring, role playing, seminars, workbooks, and handouts.
This program is offered through our National Office and is usually presented
two or three times per year. The program is supplemented by twelve videos,
including, "prospecting", "telephone
and referral prospecting", "open houses", "for sale
by owners", "expired listings", "seller counseling",
"listing presentation", "managing objections", "pricing
presentation", "buyer consoling", buyer showings",
"and "presenting and negotiating the Agreement".
REFERRAL
PROGRAM: Each time one of our Realtors refer another Realtor to our office, the
referring Realtor will receive a bonus of 2.5 % of the first $ 50,000 of
commissions earned by the referred agent for the five years, provided that the referred agent is on an 85/15 split. Many brokers
give a token referral fee of $ 50 or less or nothing at all. We want
all of our staff to be recruiters. For example, if over the next few
years, you recruit five staff that all earn in excess of $ 50,000 per
year, you will receive a bonus of $ 6,250 at the end of the year, provided that all fees are current.
TRANSFERRING
MID YEAR?: In determining
your commission split, we will credit your year to date totals with
all commissions received that year from your previous broker, up to
the day that you join HomeLife Results Realty Inc. We do not want you
to be penalized for moving part way through the year.
GET
PAID TO WORK AT "OPEN HOUSES":
We encourage our staff to do open houses to serve our clients and to
attract new prospects. In some situations, some of our Realtors will
pay you to sit their listings if they are already at a different location
that day.
Our
office building has offices that are available to the staff and come
equipped with a computer, printer, desk and high speed Internet. Our
commission splits are very generous and we also provide company subsidized
advertising for your listings.
